Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups cranberries
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 1/3 cup fresh coriander
- 2 jalapeño peppers (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/4 cup BeeNZ Kanuka Honey
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Crackers for serving
Method:
1. Place all ingredients in to a food processor. Lightly pulse in small increments.
2. Once blended to a salsa consistency, scrape in to a bowl, cover & let sit in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
3. Serve with crackers or on top of your favourite soft cheese.
