Ingredients
1 1/2 cup milk of your choice
1/2 cup plain yogurt or plain greek yogurt
2 bananas chopped (frozen is best)
2 cups spinach or use 10 frozen spinach cubes
1 cup mint leaves (fresh)
20 grams natural whey protein (we used Vanilla)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract peppermint extracts vary in intensity - so start small!
2 tablespoons 85% dark chocolate chopped, or sub dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon BeeNZ Kanuka Honey
Method:
Add all wet ingredients to the blender, followed by the bananas, mint and spinach. Blend until smooth. Add chocolate and pulse until fine chunks.
Pour in to a glass and enjoy topped with extra mint leaves and chocolate!
