1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh strawberries for glaze
1/2 cup canned coconut cream
3 pitted dates
1/4 cup frozen avocado
1/2 cup almond milk (or nut milk of your choice)
1 tbsp collagen powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp BeeNZ Kanuka Honey
1. Blend fresh strawberries into a purée, then set aside.
2. Blend frozen strawberries, pitted dates, frozen avocado, protein & collagen powders, Kanuka Honey and almond milk until smooth.
3. Add coconut cream to the bottom of your glass. Then, pour in the strawberry purée.
4. Pour the blended smoothie to the top of the glass.
5. Stir the ingredients with your reusable straw, and enjoy!
