2 cups fresh kale
1/2 finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
1 avocado (in cubes)
1/2 cup parmesean cheese
2 tbsp olive oil or oil from sundried tomatoes
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp freshly chopped garlic (measure with your heart!)
1 tsp BeeNZ Manuka Honey (blend or UMF range for extra health benefits)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt & Pepper
1. Add kale & olive oil to a bowl. Ensure kale leaves are well coated in the oil.
2. Add all other ingredients to the same bowl.
3. Mix well until honey & garlic are well incorporated.
