Creamy Berry Blast Popsicles:
6 ounces fresh raspberries.
6 ounces fresh blueberries.
2 cups unsweetened plain Greek yogurt or whole milk Keffir.
2 tablespoons BeeNZ Manuka UMF5+ plus a little extra to drizzle over when serving.
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
In a food processor or blender, blend one type of berries until pureed and pourable like liquid. Remove the berry puree to a bowl and rinse out the food processor. Blend the second type of berries and transfer the puree to a bowl.
Place the Greek yogurt in a third bowl. Add the manuka UMF5+ honey and vanilla to the bowl with the Greek yogurt and whisk until incorporated.
If you are using yogurt, its thickness can be tough layering, so we recommend blending berries and yogurt together and place in squeeze bottle. Squeeze berry yogurt blend into popsicle mold.
Drizzle Manuka Honey over each popsicle before serving and get ready to enjoy some smoothie popsicle one lick at a time.
